During my diploma course at UX Design Institute I learnt how to conduct an ux research and how it is an integral part of every product design process. From notes taking, usability testing, through affinity diagram and user journey map - I finally created a prototype with 23 screens. Prototype about booking a hotel room with or without additional gifts and final step payment.
