It Takes Balls to Talk is a campaign run by NHS Coventry to promote through their charity events - help men to talk about their mental health issues. Through the old stigma it was believed that men shouldn't cry and express their worries. Some of them can't take the pressure and commit suicide. It was great to be part of this very important campaign.
